Publishing Director: 

Duties of Publishing Director: the publishing director will deal with the day to day administration of the publishing house. The Publishing Director will ensure the processes of the submission, 'peer review' and article production, indexing and tracking occurs in a uniform and smooth manner.

 


 

Medical Director:

Duties of the Medical Director: the Medical Director will give support and advice to the Editors-in-Chief. The Medical Director will provide final arbitration and opinions in conflict situations and will also advice new Editors on the essentials of making a journal successful and maintaining publishing ethics and standards. The Medical Director will allocate manuscripts which have passed peer review but were not appropriate for the primary journal to other more appropriate journals.
 



Senior Editor:

Roles of the Senior Editor: the Senior Editor will give support and advice to the Editors-in-Chief. The Senior Editor will provide final arbitration and opinions in conflict situations and will also advice new Editors on the essentials of making a journal successful and maintaining publishing ethics and standards. The Senior Editor will allocate manuscripts which have passed 'peer review' but were not appropriate for the primary journal to other more appropriate journals.

 



Journal Development Officer

Roles of the Journal Development Officer: the JDO will provide advice to the Editors-in-Chief of our journals as well as all the Senior Editors and Editorial Board Members with the aim to develop the journal and enhance author’s experience.
