In-House Editors will work external to the journal editorial teams. This is to ensure independence, introduce further checks and balances in the publishing spiral and finally to help develop potential future Editors-in-Chief for their roles. Our In-house Editors of OAPL are selected from specialists in the field of biomedical research and will assist in overseeing specialised projects. Our In-house Editors will communicate with the appropriate journal Editors-in-Chief but remain independent of the journal team.
Our In-House Editors will abide by the PIE (Publication Integrity & Ethics) guidelines and act with honesty and integrity at all times.
