I appreciate Your assistance in helping me stop engaging in obsessive-compulsive behaviors that are confusing to myself and those around me. You won't leave me, even if others don't want me around. You will always be there for me to support and assist me.

God, enable me to master the power of love and to calm a balanced mind through self-control and discipline. Thank You for developing in me a willing heart to obey as I advance in the grace and understanding of Jesus Christ.
Please pardon me for my temper tantrums and assist me in identifying and managing the thoughts that set them off. My helper is the Holy Spirit. I'm grateful that I have the capacity to control my hyperactivity and use it for good.
